Due to some recent changes within the text messaging industry, our Members are now required to register their texting phone number for 10DLC. This registry is used by most major phone carriers to protect consumers from receiving fraudulent or spam messages. Without registering, you may see that some of your text messages fail to send out to patients. While we have most of the information required to register on your behalf, there are a few pieces of information that we don’t keep on hand that we will need to complete this for you.

- If you have multiple Sesame accounts, please fill out the form once for each phone number used for text messaging
- Once this form is received it can take our phone provider up to a few days to complete the registration

- Log into your Member Dashboard
- Click the “2-way Text Conversations” Quick Link on the left side of your screen
- Select any conversation in the left hand column
- Just above the text field where you would enter your text reply, you will see the phone number that your office uses after “Me @...”)
